Join our Master Naturalists for conversation, and a walk in the park. Each park features its own specific topic. In order: Wildflower Identification, Living Shoreline, Technology use for learning & discovery. Tours are open to all ages and typically last an hour and a half. You are welcome to bring any of the following: a notebook, a field guide, binoculars, magnifying glass, and recording device to record bird calls. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain.

Little Rangers is designed specifically for young nature enthusiasts ages 3 to 5 years old. These outdoor classes led by Master Naturalists, and QAC Park Rangers will introduce children to the wonders of the natural world in a fun and interactive way, sparking curiosity while also learning about natural habitats and stewardship values. Each session features a story, nature walk, and a hands-on activity based on a seasonal theme. All basic materials provided. Registration is required and for series only. Parent participation is required.
